C3 Energy is providing an alternative files area to
put large files in. This will allow less space to be used in the group's file area.
Please see the file list for the information we can store. This includes:
name, description, size, by whom, category, date, and the file itself. If you wish
to post a file here, please send me an email at the address below. Also see the
instructions below. Enjoy!
NOTE: C3 Energy is not affiliated with any
group or individuals which request files to be posted here. This service is provided
as a courtesy and may be discontinued at any time for any reason. USE OF THIS WEB
PAGE IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.
We are always looking for new sources of power or ways to conserve and
control energy. If you know of something new and unique, please let us know.
Send an email to
Ronald
W. Frazier or call me at 770-205-9422.
Files listed are alphabetized by the FIRST name (or handle) of the submitter.
The only exception is the ones at the top. Those are mine and they are up
there because, well, I own the website. :-) Files are
subalphabetized by the category chosen by the submitter. If necessary, they are
further alphabetized within a category by the file name. Trying to do folders and
separate listings for each person is too tedious to be doing by hand. 1 MB = 1024
KB. Download times are approximately 10 minutes / MB with 28 K modem and 5 minutes /
MB with 56 K modem.

the ability or inability to use these files.
- Some of the files may contain plans for building various projects.
Some of those may be dangerous. THE USER OF THE PLANS IS SOLELY AND TOTALLY
RESPONSIBLE FOR IDENTIFYING ANY DANGERS OR RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THESE PROJECTS AND TAKING

- C3 Energy has sole discretion as to what gets posted
here. Any file or files may be refused or deleted at any time for any reason.
These reasons include, but are not limited to, limitations on available storage space or
time to make updates. Storage space is limited to about 40 MB.
- This offer is limited to only those requests we can reasonably accommodate with
available resources.
- Files which are accepted will be posted as quickly as possible on a best efforts
basis only. There are no guarantees as to how quickly any file or files will be

be accepted at our discretion.
- IT IS SOLELY UP TO THE USER TO CHECK THESE FILES FOR COMPUTER VIRUSES AND
DETERMINE THAT THEY ARE SAFE TO USE. C3 Energy MAKES NO GUARANTEES AS TO
WHETHER THE FILES ARE VIRUS FREE. It is recommended that you use a current
virus scanner. Also, newer versions of Microsoft Office programs have a feature that
will warn you if there are any macros in your document. It is recommended that this
be turned on. In Office 97, go to the tools menu, then options, then the general
tab, then check the box to turn macro virus protection on. This does not scan for
viruses, but simply warns you if macros are in the document.
